At Peak Function, we are committed to providing high-quality Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) sessions and individualized exercise programming designed to support each client's goals. Because our services involve reserved appointment times and individualized professional preparation, the following refund policy applies.

Payments for completed MAT sessions, exercise programming sessions, and other services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

If a client needs to cancel an upcoming appointment:

• More than 24 hours before the appointment: The cancellation will be honored, and the client may reschedule the appointment for a future available time. Any prepaid amount may be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.
• Within 24 hours of the appointment: A $25 administrative fee will apply. Any remaining prepaid amount may be applied toward a future appointment.
• No-show appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will be subject to the $25 administrative fee.

Exercise programming is individualized and may involve professional assessment, planning, and preparation before it is delivered to the client. Once individualized programming has been developed and provided, payments are non-refundable. If a client cancels an exercise programming appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the appointment may be rescheduled without an administrative fee.

Refund requests for services not yet provided will be considered on a case-by-case basis. When approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Peak Function reserves the right to determine whether a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances of the request, the service provided, and any preparation or professional time already invested.

By scheduling or purchasing services from Peak Function, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy. Peak Function appreciates your understanding and cooperation. Our policies are designed to maintain a consistent, professional experience for all clients while allowing reasonable flexibility when schedules change.
